The exercises are based on the fact that the single most important
way to support the lower back is to have strong abdominal muscles.
Increased flexibility of all the large muscles of the body reduces
stress on the spine.
Some of the exercises demonstrated are:
- Knee to chest: back and gleuteal stretch
- Shoulder range of motion
- Hamstring stretch
- Hip flexor stretch

EXERCISE EVERY DAY
Once you have back pain and to prevent back pain, you need to exercise
every day. The more consistent you are, the greater the benefit.
Regular exercise will ensure flexibility and strength for a lifetime
