WHY EXERCISE?
Exercise can prevent and relieve pain. Gentle stretching relaxes muscles that are too tight and strengthens muscles that are too weak. When your muscles are flexible and strong, you are less prone to injury and pain.


20 MINUTES TO A HEALTHIER BACK
In 20 minutes per day of regular stretching, you can strengthen your muscles and prevent, reduce, or eliminate back and neck pain. You can do these 12 simple exercises in a living room, a bedroom, a hotel room, even an office. They require no special clothing or equipment.

The 12 exercises strengthen your abdominal muscles, the key to supporting the lower back. They stretch all the large muscle groups of the body.
